Delivery Charge
In most cases, deliveries will be made by UPS or FedEx.
Free economy shipping on all orders above $50.
Expedited shipping costs are calculated by the carrier automatically.
How long does it take to ship?
Most in-stock items ship within 1 business day.
The total delivery time is the sum of the production time, processing time, and shipping time. Processing time is the time between when you place an order and when we ship it. This includes picking, quality checking, and packing. It usually takes 1 business day. Shipping time is the time the carrier takes to deliver, usually 3-8 days for standard shipping and 2-3 for expedited.
For presale products, we will notify you once the order is ready.
In general, items sold at Acroma can be delivered within 45 days.
What should I do if there is a serious delay with my shipment?
Please contact our customer service to investigate. If it is confirmed there is an exception (i.e. package lost) or delay will still last for a considerable time, we are responsible for a re-ship or refund.
How do I track the package?
Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email that includes the tracking number and the carrier information. You may track your package with the carrier's tracking.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so within 24 hours by emailing us at info@acroma.shop. Cancellation requests are not a guarantee, as we’re unable to cancel items once they are preparing for shipment.

I ordered more than one item, Will they all be delivered at the same time?
We will try our best to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since we have multiple warehouses across North America.
Can I change the delivery address of my package?
If the package hasn’t shipped, please feel free to contact us with your new delivery address.
If the package is in transit, you may contact the carrier to modify delivery.
What do I need to do when I receive a different product than what I ordered?
